⸻ Address Jabal Omar is a new hotel, but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. Even after the drop-off by the Jabal Omar shuttle bus, the hotel is not within the Haram area, and you still have to walk about 10–12 minutes to reach the Masjid. New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in.
