I've been there last year that's why I came back everything was handy the staff were excellent the service was fantastic very clean the food was very tasty the manager for the breakfast kareem is been very helpful with a smile on his face we've been greeted by the receptionist with the smile job well done.

The stay was good , hotel is nice and room was good in terms of size and cleanest. The negative thing there is not house keeping every day , the shuttle bus service from the hotel to Haram was excellent. In general the stay was satisfactory

Everything is made to impress you. I loved it. Staff is very pleasant and very friendly. Granted it is not a walkable to distance to Al Haram but very convenient with a five minutes free shuttle every thirty five minutes around the clock. I would stay there again

Good location for Umrah visit. Hotel is old and needs upgrade real bad. Good thing they had bus service to and from the Haram. Breakfast was very nice and lots of choices. Economical pricing. Grocery store and other items shops on lobby level so shopping was a breeze

RECOMMENDED

I am so glad I booked this hotel for me and my family, we booked 2 rooms with 4 beds in each room. From check-in to check out the service provided was EXCELLENT. There’s nothing I can pin point which was bad. All was perfect even the shuttle from and to Haram was very frequent with always blowing ice cold AC. 100% recommend this place. I would like to mention Mohammed Siraj and Yasin in the lobby very helpful guys and Yasir at the restaurant very very polite people.
