New and efficient hotel
Good location close to heart of city and a fresh new property. A good breakfast. Only issue is that it sits between two busy roads one in and one out of the city so crossing roads to shops in vicinity can be a little difficult. Great views from rooftop terrace of distant flagpole and fountain and nearby King Saud mosque

likes: concierge staff, most of the front desk staff, breakfast buffet food quality, amenities in general. Dislikes: phone not working in room so had to go twice to reception who promised to send IT but they NEVER showed up. Ordered chicken beryani to room, rice and condiments were top quality but the chicken was too dry and not very fresh. Staff at breakfast area not that attentive, my table was taken twice on 2 different occasions while I was getting food, I felt they were just careless. Room's carpet didn't look very clean and is getting worn and stained, too bad for a fairly new hotel.

Pros: comfortable bed and valet parking Cons: location isnt great, but not horrible. You have to drive 15 minutes to get to downtown jeddah and about 20 minutes to reach the corniche. I wasn't happy about not getting late check out (wanted one hour so I could pray at the hotel instead of praying on the road). It was the first time a hotel in saudi Arabia made me check out at 12 (ascott on tahlia, Sheraton jeddah, and boudl om tahlia allowed me to check out at 1 or 2. Novotel in Riyadh, 4 points Sheraton in Riyadh, Golden Tulip, and many more allowed late check out or their check out would be at 1 or 2 so I wouldn't need to ask for late check out. Note: I tried centro shaheen because of an article I read on saudigazette about affordable luxury. Personally wasn't impressive at all. If you like standard hotels like Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, etc. Take a pass on it. If you want a comfortable bed maybe try it. I dont think it's worth staying at a price point of 500 riyals and up. Hotel shouldn't have been no more than 300 riyals a night.

Great service perfect breakfast fresh and tasty, nice staff at all levels Some of the Smoking rooms need a little more aeration I was moved to another one and it was much better The pool was on reparations and no printed menus were available for in toom dining, no big deal though as staff memeners made up for that but a practicality that would have been better to have Ibknow the one in Riyadh and will always return here I traveled for work and it was very practical

Value for money & great location
Small room but good enough for 2 days stay. Everything was fully equipped in the room, clean and organized, gym facilities is good, breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and check in was quick. Very good experience overall. Just a small suggestion to give a better iron, the existing iron is taking too much time to iron with the steam function. I will definitely stay here again.

I loved the place, the reception, the atmosphere, the breakfast was intercontinental with lots of varites, the room was comfy though the bed was not that much soft but for few days it was okay. I loved how bright and modern the hotel is which made me feel like I'm travelling overseas. I enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it. I only suggest that they need to make extra hours for ladies gym as it is not separated so ladies have only limited access for only few hours which makes a drawback.
