There was a misunderstanding during checkout. The staff didn’t address or try to resolve the matter and asked me to contact expedia instead.
There was no hot water in the shower. I called the receptionist to inform them, I was told to wait until 9am the following morning for the maintenance, no one came. I went down late morning on the second and last day requesting to change rooms.
Lack of communication, follow up and customer service.
