Bad service and no maintenance

Location is good, but the hotels suffers from lack of maintainance, wooden toilet doors are broken, walls paint peeled off. Electrical sockets were removed and coverd in an unsafe way. Also service is very bad. It took more than 1 hour to give towels when i requested (it wasn't existing in the room when i checked in) besides they said only one towel allowed. No pathropes, no slipers. No hair dryer. When i reached to the hotel reciption didn't recognize hotels.com and i had to stay for about 15 mins till they confirm from higher level guy to just start the check in proccess.

Good value great location

This hotel is an excellent value. Located in between Old Jeddah and the newer Corniche it is a $5 to $7 Uber ride to either location. Staff is very helpful and breakfast was substantial and quite good. Park Hyatt is just across the street where you can have a Mocktail, watch the sunset over the Red Sea, and have a great view of the tallest water fountain in the world all from the same table. Highly recommend this hotel for the good value it represents.
