Everything was great during my stay! The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The only minor downside was the mosquitoes if windows were left open, or when doors were kept open during housekeeping!! They definitely find their way in. With that being said, it didn’t take away from an excellent experience. We truly loved everything about this place! Perfect location, great amenities, and an outstanding team at IHG!

The hotel is great, staff was excellent, room was great, however the AC was little noisy, the bath tub was tight and difficult to stand, the water control in shower was not great, water was very hot, could burn if not properly controlled.
