the hotel is brand new and the service is excellent. The area outside the hotel (not hotel grounds) is dirty and smelly. The jacuzzi was really nice and the views from the pool. Great variety and great service at breakfast.

Location is great, staff is great (shout out to Malickie for assisting my sister with a room issue and to Riyadh for assisting us with a seamless checkout and airport transfer!!) My only criticism is the shower drain was extremely clogged, causing a flood in the first couple minutes. We didn’t address it to the staff since it was a short stay for us so we just dealt with it but other than this, a lot of pluses and I would recommend!

The hotel is super clean and quiet. Location is great. Rates were decent as well. Limited dining options. Staff is friendly and welcoming. House keeping needs to improve. First day they did not clean the unit even though we put the cleaning sign on.

We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. We did have a bit of an issue with the air conditioning but it wasn't too bad. Definitely will come back. Thanks

Really amazing hotel with good location. I got a twin room on top floor with nice view of the city. It’s a brand new hotel and rooms are well designed and spacious. Staff is amazing too from front desk to housekeeping everyone was super helpful and courteous. Hotel has several nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance

All was good, except for the shower area in the bathroom. There's not a step that prevents the shower water to come out into the whole bathroom, which created a mess every time taking a shower.
