"We stayed in 9 different hotels on our recent trip. This was the newest and most clean. STRONG SUGGESTION- Move the smoking urn and area from the front portico and door to a location far removed. As we got out of our car to unload luggage, a man was smoking nearby and the odor was very strong and offensive ( I recognize his right to smoke but found this odor uninviting to your hotel.)"

"The room was overall fine and spacious, the lighting terrible and not enough to see well including only one tiny lamp between the 2 beds, and there was no countertop in the bathroom - just a weird wide cement trough sink. This is entirely unpractical and not helpful. There is room in the large bathroom to add a side table for toiletries and they should do that. The biggest problem was that the room reeked of strong cleaner like Fabuloso. I think the fake wood vinyl floors soaked it up and never dried in the 24 hrs we were there. We opened the windows, but it was cold. I had a headache from the smell in the morning and upon returning home, my clothes and bag still smelled! I thought the sleep number bed was fine, but my husband felt like he was sleeping on an air mattress, even after adjusting it several times. The to-go breakfast was basic water, juice, muffin and mini granola bar. The rooftop bar was very cool and cozy and I’d return for that if I were back in town."

"The ice maker near the room is not functioning. The shower drain is slow. The room had debris on the floor under the desk. The door sweep is partially dislodged, leaving a huge gap under the door. The pool is empty and is in terrible shape. Not worth $100 per night."

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I think this may be the first review I've ever done of a hotel but just need to warn folks. The owner lives on site and has zero customer service skills. When I checked in he said, he needed to put toilet paper and towels in the room. Then he told me he was going to come in the room in 30 mins (at 10pm at night) to put a referigerator in. I had to tell him no thanks and he could do that in the morning when I checked out. I noticed some bugs in the room and now I have severe flea or bed bug bites."

"The person who registered us was very nice. The room was very nice and clean. We didn’t see any bags for dirty clothes but that was fine since we were only traveling another two hours away. I would definitely stay there again."
