This hotel was inexpensive, in a good location and with good facilities. But what made my stay so good was the night concierge Park Sang Won. I can't speak Korean, and Park Sang Won went out of his way to assist me with some things I was having difficulties with. I would have been lost without his help, and for that I highly recommend Reve Hotel to foreigners.

It was a good stay.
Room I stayed was good and clean. One thing I was uncomfortable was to use a hair dryer and mirror, which are not close each other.

The Front desk staff is very nice and checked in fast. The room is clean and spacious. But the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

Outstanding service!!!
This hotel was amazing from the time we arrived until we checked out. The employees were extremely friendly to Americans and even assisted us with getting taxis throughout the day. We received a call for breakfast every morning which was already prepared for us individually. Overall great experience and if I’m ever in Jeju again this is definitely the hotel I will be residing in.

very convenient location. Near to the restaurant, Bao Zen street, downtown and convenient stores. The staffs are helpful even though have some language barriers, they tried their best to help us. Recommended stay!

Close to everything
Nice small hotel in the alley way, easy to spot. Smooth check-in. My room was facing the front of the hotel, it's pretty quiet, had a good sleep. The room is clean and made up nicely, great for traveling solo. Walking distance to almost everything.

Good stay!
front desk staff was friendly; wake up call given to update that breakfast was prepared and made hot again when we reach the lobby (normal western breakfast). lots of food place surrounding the hotel (on walking distance); parking area was given as well and when the place is full, the front desk assisted us on the alternative location to park and helped us moved the car when needed.

5 mins walk from the shopping street. Convenient to many eateries. 2kms away from the airport and about 4km away from Olle market. Simple hotel and do not expect much. Free parking at the hotel. Excellent service from staff.

Clean & cosy hotel
My friend and I stayed in Reve Boutique for 3 nights and we totally enjoyed it. The hotel's about 25mins drive from the airport and it's quite new and clean, with rather few guests. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great Service!
Rented a car during our visit, the hotel provide free parking which is a bonus! Front counter staffs are friendly, able to converse with simple English. One of the male staff even help me to start my car and warm the temperature during one of early morning trip to Hallasan @ 6am! (I forgot to get his name). A few local restaurants with nice food are within vicinity, worth explore around. Thumbs up for this hotel!

Hotel is new only 3 years old. Location is 10 min walk to restaurants and shops. Room is spacious and clean but bathroom has no door so it's cold after shower. Room temp can only be controlled centrally so not convenient. Have to call front desk to lower temp as it is hot in room. Service is great. Manager Park helped us with luggage and he's very friendly and cheerful always with a smile. Overall great hotel and service and reasonable pricing. Will stay again.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Jeju Downtown.
Clean and comfortable. Hotel Staffs are standard Korean friendliness (not friendly but not rude). Hotel is located at downtown Jeju. This means all the necessities are available within walking distance and is nearer to airport (useful for those who has early departure flight). However, most tourists attractions are at east Jeju, west Jeju and south Jeju (Seogwipo). Driving takes almost an hour to each side of Jeju from downtown Jeju, per way. Better to stay at Seowipo, just my suggestion.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. They stayed late past the 10 pm checkin time as our flight was delayed 2 hours. Even though it was late, hotel staff fixed our broken bathroom light switch right away. They kept our luggage for the day when our flight out got rescheduled. No shuttle to the airport but staff will call taxi for you. About 10 minutes from the airport. Room was simple but very clean. Beds were comfortable. Smoky smell in the room but cleared out when we turned on the A/C.

It is a good area for food within walking distance, bed is a little hard to my liking. Overall if you are just looking for a place to stay, it's great! 5 minutes taxi to the airport. Taxi fare was less than 5,000won.

The hotel actually is located very close to the airport. But the 1st Jeju taxi driver was note very gentleman and impolite. I was traveling with my and have 2 big and 2 small luggage as we will travel Korea for half a month. The driver did not offer one single help but just standing by me and watching me loading and unloading all the luggage a by myself. (I'm a lady). And he overcharged my taxi fare to the hotel at 6400won. ( the meter shown 6100won but he just gave me 600won as changes) I have researched on all the previous guest of this hotel, the max for taxi fares should be 4500won only... Checkin was fast and the lady was nice to help my question on some bus issues later. She is the highlight of this hotel. The room was very small and not too comparable to a deluxe twin room or as shown on the web pic. But the newly renovated shower room was clean and nice. Just the shower door could never hold any water within your showed cube and will make water leaks every where. The night time gentleman at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, I was calling and ask for 2 new towels politely but he interrogated me why I need 2 new ones. I explained My toilet has a flood and that's why we need 2 new towels as they are both dirty, he was so mad and not willing to offer us 2 new one. And the housekeeping took away one bathrobe from our room n didn't replace it back, I have to let him know Coz I don't want any misunderstanding n he was so mad again. Location is great

Location is good but hard to find for taxi drivers
The hotel is not easy to find, though it is located nearby a popular tourist area. Every time I took the taxi, the driver must need to call the hotel for direction. One time the taxi driver even kicked me out of the taxi just because he did not know how to get there. Other than that, the hotel room is ok. The staff hardly speak any English. One of them was quite lazy. When I came down to the lobby at 8 am one day, he was still sleeping. I asked him to call a taxi for me. He told me to walk down the street and find a taxi myself. I pretended that I did not understand what he said. He finally called one for me. Having said that, I was still happy with other staff who had helped me.
