"This is an amazing property. The staff were all incredible, the rooms were clean and exceptionally comfortable. The location can't be beat, right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. I will stay here again when I next get to Jekyll Island. "
"The staff were Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated, clean and well kept. I loved that the room was nice and cool when I walked in. I didn't have to wait and hope that it would cool down. I loved that I could grab a coffee at the bistro on my way out....especially because I was running late!"

Bike along miles of oak-draped paths to discover sea turtle nests and Driftwood Beach's sculptural remains. The historic district reveals the island's Gilded Age past when America's wealthiest families built their 'cottages' as exclusive winter retreats.
If you're looking for the night life seen this is not the island. If you're looking for a quiet beautiful relaxing trip with just a romantic stay or fun with the family it is the perfect vacation spot. Love Jekyll Island every time I go.

Love that Jekyll Island is full of history but still not the hustle-bustle, over-development of many beach destinations yet still offers things to do. Love the bike trails. Coming to Jekyll Island always feels like coming home to me.

Our first time at Jekyll Island and found it to be so quaint and most of all quiet and relaxing. Loved the driftwood beach and the Turtle Center as well as strolls through the historical center. Horse flies were terrible!

I've always loved Jekyll Island!! The rich history of Jekyll is fascinating! It is peaceful and uncrowded! You have to visit Driftwood Beach and the sea turtle center!!

There's a $10US fee to pay when you drive onto the island that is good for the day. Its best to grab anything you need before you go across. Theres lots of shopping, things to do, beautiful places to see, and places to eat once you're across.

We visit the island at least once a year. We usually stay at the campground. We love the bike trails, beach, shops, and fishing.

Interesting island with lots of history. Unfortunately the weather was cool and rainy so not good for bike riding. Shopping was limited and there were restaurants but not in abundance.

Jekyll is a great fun place to visit and stay. The island is beautiful with many events to offer. Ithe restaurants on the island are great. The shops are a must of course.
"I liked that this hotel was right on the beach and provided chairs and umbrella for day use. The staff was very friendly and approachable. They provided everything we needed. The hotel was clean and the grounds were well kept. It really felt like a resort.
The only thing I would change would make sure the sleeper sofas are clean (there was goldfish crumbs under the mattress pad) and clean the shower heads.
We would definitely stay there again."
"Overall it was very inviting, clean and a beautiful place to spend a relaxing vacation. I did find trash and clothing under two of the beds that I was not expecting and the floors could have been cleaned better but I believe the cleaning company was behind that day and trying to hurry. We were not able to enter the property until 20-30 mins after check in time because of this but at NO fault to the host. The backyard was perfect for us and our dogs to run around and relax. I love the little details in the home. There was even a record player, LP's and games if you're stuck inside on a rainy day. The home was located about a 5 min drive to the closes beach that was dog friendly. The host was friendly and answered all questions promptly. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and you could safely ride the bikes in the neighborhood or to the beach that the host provides at the home. I would highly recommend this area and this host for your stay at Jekyll Island. We would absolutely stay here again."
"The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety of foods. The pool area was relaxing, but the pool could have been a bit cleaner."
"Great staff (Hi Lori and others working 7/31-8/3/25!), great breakfast (Hi kitchen staff!), great accommodations! We hated to leave, wish we were still there. All the best to you guys!"
