The apartment (for 4 +1 people) shaded by pine trees is located in a quiet area and in an ideal geographic context; a few meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Hvar. The apartment is completely independent and is composed of different rooms: a living-dining room with sofa, rocking chair, table and chairs. An opening leads to the well equipped kitchen that overlooks the spacious terrace. The two double bedrooms are furnished with double bed and closet to store his belongings. One of them also has a single sofa bed, while the other is set up the cot for small children. The bathroom is simple and fresh has a comfortable shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. All the windows of the apartment, including the spacious terrace, have views of the sea and the pine forest. From the terrace, perfect for hot summer evenings, you can also admire beautiful trees of olives, pomegranates, tangerines and lemons in the back yard.

Lovely find!
Great apartment with lovely beach views with a back drop of pine trees. We enjoyed many evenings sitting on the roof terrace star gazing. Beach bar/restaurant next door served great food too. Easy 10 min walk into Jelsa along the coast. Perfect!

We had a great stay in Zana's apartment! We loved being so close to the beach, and a perfect distance from town. Jelsa has a lovely laid back friendly vibe and was great for our little one (11mo). We are planning our next trip!!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at Zana’s apartment, spacious airy property with every thing you need, two good sized bedrooms. Great shower. The best bit was the large terrace for eating outside and sitting in sun or shade surrounded by trees with a view of the sea. Close to a sandy bay ideal for swimming and close to Jelsa harbour with paces to eat and shop. Zana was so helpful and took good care of us.

Fantastic location. An ideal base with comfy beds and useful amenities, A short walk to beaches shops and restaurants. Jelsa is a lovely clean town with marvellous cafes and bars (even when we stayed during Covid) Ama was great help with a Nutella pancake any information required!

The apartment was comfortable aside of the couch in the living room which is actually a folding bed. The apartment was functional and had all the amenities which contributed to our comfort.The Apartment has a large terrace and windows overlooking the sea. It is located in a short walking distance to the center of Jelsa however it is not in a residential area which is a plus as you could enjoy the serenity of nature and the immediate access to the sea. We had a very good time in our vacation and we enjoyed Hvar as a whole

Good place
It's very old fashioned but it all works. Could use a new couch and a kitchen upgrade but bathroom is good and beds comfortable. The view is a bit deceiving, the balcony is at the back of the house with only a corner of it with the view and that is through trees. Overall we had a nice stay here.

Cozy house by the pine tree beach
Cozy apartment, homelike atmosphere and perfect for family vacation! Very clean and has everything you need as if you are home. The host Zana was very nice, easy to reach and gave us all the info we needed beforehand. The apartment is located at the nicest beach ”Mina” in Jelsa, just below the house, with both kidfriendly sand beach and cliffs for adults where you almost can find your own pebble terace and sea entrance. Amazing view from our windows at the sea and the pine tree shadowed teraces. There are many pluses when staying here like the bakery, fruit and crepe stand just below the house entrance, coffe place/bar at the cliffs below Holiday camp with breathtaking views, restaurant Pelago downtown with fresh delicious fish dishes, just to mention few. Overall we are very happy with our vacation!
