About this property

Seaside Cottage Maslina, Torac Bay

  • This unique seaside cottage is newly renovated and fully equipped for the vacation of a lifetime. Built directly by the sea this unique house is in an idillic, quiet cove. The ground floor has a full kitchen, living room with a comfy couch and satellite tv, dining room and full bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs the large bedroom boasts a king size bed with a breathtaking sea view. There is also a spacious half bath upstairs. The large terrace comes with relaxing lounge furniture, large table and chairs, gas grill, outdoor solar shower, and pergola. Listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy the gorgeous view of the sea and the entire cove.
    We are an off the grid (Robinson) accommodation. Our electricity is limited as it is only from solar panels. As a result we do not have air conditioning and electrical appliances like coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron, etc. Any electrical items that guests bring with them must be approved by the host.

Excellent property - highly recommended

It is not often that you rent a property and find it as good as the photographs on the website. This one is even better! Everything is truly high quality, and in first class condition. The location is superb - leading to truly wonderful experiences as you walk out onto the veranda first thing in the morning, or watch the sun go down at night. Stjepko and Mirjana are also wonderfully attentive hosts who are quick to respond to any questions, assistance you require, but who otherwise keep away and leave you to enjoy your holiday. This is one of the few places we have stayed at around the world that we would definitely return to.
