"I think the resort itself was very good in terms of cleanliness, servicing of rooms. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.Balcony was spacious and the view was a magnificent one overlooking the harbour. A/C was quite good as well. I would rate it 4 star. Meals were readily available across the street, 1 minute away."

"My husband & I travel quite often and we find this beach to be one of the most amazing beaches by far. The food is exceptional, although I was longing for some fried plantains, but that is minor. The rooms are clean but really does need upgrading, too outdated. I’d say 95% if the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Greeting to Anaya, she’s one of the best and knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. I will recommend."

"Our stay at Hawksbill Resort in Antigua was absolutely breathtaking. The water views were amazing, and the entire property had such a peaceful, calm, and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to truly unwind. The rooms were beautiful and fit perfectly with the authentic village feel of the resort. The front desk staff was wonderful, and overall, the staff was very sweet and attentive. A special shoutout to Amit, the restaurant manager, who was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond and really made our experience memorable. We also noticed that while most of the staff were warm and welcoming, there were a few who seemed like they didn't really want to be there. There weren't a ton of activities or things to do on-site, and the food options were somewhat limited. The food itself was okay - nothing particularly exceptional, but certainly not a major issue during our stay. That said, our overall stay was pretty amazing. The beautiful surroundings, incredible water views, authentic atmosphere, and peaceful setting made for a wonderfully relaxing Antigua getaway. We would definitely recommend Hawksbill Resort to anyone looking for a calm and beautiful escape."

"We had the most unforgettable honeymoon at COCOS Hotel Antigua. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated like family. The breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the intimate adults-only atmosphere, and the charming private cottages made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment special. Their kindness, attention to detail, and friendly smiles made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh local flavors and incredible oceanfront dining that we looked forward to every day. Watching the sunset from our cottage, relaxing on the beautiful beaches, and simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings created memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. COCOS Hotel gave us the perfect balance of romance, relaxation, and authentic Caribbean hospitality. If you’re looking for the ultimate honeymoon destination, we can’t recommend COCOS Hotel enough. "I wanted to love Hodges Bay but we had an overall ok stay. Our transportation from the airport was mishandled but was fixed at the end and our return shuttle to the airport was taken care of. The resort was fairly empty as we often had the pool to ourselves and got familiar with other guests quickly. We decided to try the Asian specialty restaurant the 1st night and it took over an hour and 15 min to get our meals. They were only 4 other tables at the restaurant during that time, so I’m not sure why. We had to flag down our waitress several times for an update and they were no apologies or anything. Many staff were nice but others wouldn’t even greet you or say “good morning” back when you say it first. Simple courtesy and manners were not returned. The food at White Sands was good. At breakfast they served the same thing, a typical Caribbean breakfast but not much complaints there. We enjoyed the chicken roti and burger from the bar area the most. Food did add up and ended up being quite costly. There’s no entertainment or even live music so if you’re looking for that, this is not the place. We were upgraded to a suite with a butler on arrival which was a nice touch with beautiful views of the ocean. The cleaning was subpar in the bathroom. I did thoroughly enjoy my time at the spa. I traveled with my toddler and husband and there’s not much things for children to do. Although I did have a relaxed time, we would not be returning."
