"The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean. "

"The only staff we met supposedly the owner. Not seen most of them time. When in need of help, need to call a number at the front desk but never pick up. Room is big but old. Almost got locked in toilet. There was a underwear left by the previous guest. There is simple breakfast though."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Jeju. It’s very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and there is ample parking available. It’s also very affordable for the quality and service provided."

If the breakfast had been any worse I don't think you could have called it a breakfast, Basically, coffee and plain toast with either jam or proceesed cheese slices. What happened to the pastries? All this being said, it was convenient for the airport and the bus station."

"I stayed here with my elder parents and two young children. None of them felt safe here. There are a lot of tourists and the smoking area is right at the front. The property was filled with the smokey smell everywhere. They offered the parking, but it was packed. If you plan to park the car here, you need to be proficient in driving. Also, the room appeared to be clean. However, looking at the outer condition of the property, my family could not get over the idea that it may not have been cleaned. It just felt dirty. We would not stay here again. "
