"This is a five star hotel in the Bronx. If you are driving, there a limited number of free gated guest parking on a first come first serve basis, which was a pleasant surprise to me since I was already prepared to pay for parking in a 3rd party garage. I loved this place."

The team was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. • Atmosphere: The general vibe of the hotel is great and it's clear they take pride in the property. Areas for Improvement: • Parking: My only real struggle was the parking situation. Spaces are somewhat limited, which can be a bit of a challenge if you're arriving later in the evening. • Breakfast: While there is a breakfast option, the selection was a bit sparse. I would have loved to see a larger variety of choices to start the day. Despite the minor hurdles with parking and breakfast, the wonderful staff and the quality of the hotel make this a solid choice. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The area around the hotel was questionable just by view. The local bodegas were amazing Sal’s diner was top notch. The hotel itself was clean. Loved the security you needed your card to get into the elevator and you could only go to your floor. The room was lacking a microwave, seating was also tight in the room but sufficient for what we needed. The bed was soft but I prefer a firmer bed. The view was excellent, the shower was great, hot and plenty of pressure. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a super nice touch. This is not one of those hotels that’s full of amenities and perks but ultimately it’s a clean place to lay your head and has everything that you might need. The staff were polite but they did say your room number aloud . It’s definitely out of the way but again served its purpose."
