"1 out of 3 elevators worked for a 10 floor hotel and the one working elevator was extremely slow. Unacceptable."

"The room was a nice size with comfortable beds. Shower was very easy to use. However, the room was not clean and the airport shuttle was not available as promised due to them not taking reservations and assuring that people could make their flights on time. We had to use Uber and staff didn’t seem to care. Also phone in room not really operational which could be a safety hazard."

"The breakfast was very basic. I only had breakfast 1 day out of the 5 days I stayed. I didn’t feel it was worth $16. The staff on the other hand was excellent. Everyone I can in contact with was very friendly and helpful. "

"First the price was too high for the location, second it was a $75 cash fee for early check in and no receipt,then you had to ask for extra linens. Microwave was located in the hallway and was dirty,no ice machine on the level where your room was.The pillows were flat as a pancake."

"Cable wasn't working at times "

"Staff was great. Room was clean. My air conditioner didn’t work. I told the front desk upon leaving out around 2 and they said they would take care of it. Upon returning to my room it still wasn’t working. Put in another request. 6p it’s not working. On My the 3rd request (around 9p) they said if it couldn’t be fixed this time they would move me to another room but couldn’t move my daughter n law and grandchildren ( we had requested adjoining rooms) so I could spend time with my grandchildren as much as possible. I had fly from MS to NY to celebrate my granddaughter 7th birthday. So that wasn’t going to work. So I slept in the heat for 3 nights. Couldn’t get the ironing board to go back down. So it was in the way the whole time. Customer service at the bar on Thursday was awful. I don’t know what her problem was but I tipped her with a smile."
