"It was noisy all night - highway traffic, construction outside, toilets flushing so we got little sleep. I requested a wake up call but didn't get it. Otherwise it was fine. "

"The AC was fine, the room was clean. There was no face cloth in my bathroom but I asked the cleaning lady and she brought me 2. The staff downstairs was pleasant and helpful. I had a room next to the street and during the night there was a permanent noise outside like a motor so it was difficult to fall asleep. I don't know if the windows can be more soundproof to avoid that noise. "

"Room was clean but shower was terrible, draining issues( were sorted next day up to a limit), using shower was tricky, all three the tap, hand held shower and rain shower work together or only hand held, we found setting pretty unfriendly. For Brits: no tea facilities in the room. Staff was good, a separate fridge was provided so if you don’t want to use mini bar then still have a chance to keep your drinks nice and cooler."

"This used to be my usual stay in NYC, but no longer. It’s the elevators! There are 3 and they are dominated by the hotel cleaning staff. One elevator is permanently locked for the cleaning staff, however, they are still forced to use the other two. Elevator wait times were way too long"

"Great location near Grand Central Station in the heart of downtown. Very clean room with regular housekeeping service. Ample electric outlets. Steps from the subway. Across the street from Midtown Comics! Great for traveling on business."
