"Taking luggage to the room was a chore with a step down to another floor or through a dumb waiter whose entry was obstructed by a trolley. Noises from outside the room were heard loudly. No bottled water was offered. Breakfast had very few items which were running out- no eggs, limited juice quantity/ yogurt. No oatmeal either."
