"I had an excellent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton. The staff was friendly, professional, and consistently attentive from check‑in to checkout. My room was spotless, quiet, and perfect for both rest and productivity. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the entire property felt modern and safe. I appreciated the fast Wi‑Fi, well‑kept fitness center, and inviting lobby workspace. As a frequent traveler and content creator, I value consistency and service — Four Points delivered both and earned my full recommendation. "

"The bed was very uncomfortable did not sleep well at all. Woke up at midnight by a fire alarm which was a false alarm!! No announcement stating so! My daughter was mid shower so I Tried calling front desk to ask and no one answered. Had to go down to the lobby to find out what was going on! Horrible "

"There is a dance club next to the hotel which made the hotel feel off. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. The hallway smelled of alcohol. Otherwise, the room was fine for a few hour stay."

"This was an excellent place to stay for our week long trip to NYC. In particular, the space was clean, quiet, and located near to a subway station we used to get around. We felt safe walking to and from the subway at night. My only mild gripe is that the washer/dryer required me to download a separate app and load money onto it in order to do our laundry. However, the prices were reasonable and it was more of an inconvenience than a deterrent. "
