I found no less than three hairs in my room. The tiles in the bathroom had mould all over. Pretty bad maintenance.

At the front desk, Mohammed helped us out by upgrading our room for my birthday and getting us into a room right when we arrived at the hotel. I was billed twice for this stay. I was billed by Expedia and Hyatt. I was charged $821 by Expedia and $602 by Hyatt. I am a great customer. Please ratify this matter. Thank you for your cooperation. If you need a copy of payment. I will send it.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and the place was clean and quiet. The location was convenient, and check-in was easy.
