The room was clean. The heat worked but could not set to a temperature and it reach that temperature. It was about 8 degrees off. It did stay warm though. Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
Location to everything was amazing. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had one small problem and they fixed it. I would stay again. Again, location to the heart of New York was fabulous!

Lotte New York Palace
