Such a nice little hotel. Clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. Short walk to the train and even shorter to the bus. Sheets were a little scratchy but the rooms are spacious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The laundry service was extremely expensive, and even the detergent and fabric softener sold at the shop were overpriced. Aside from that, it was a satisfying and enjoyable stay.

Place is very good , staff is pleasant & friendly , room is comfortable , breakfast is healthy . Parking on street is limited , there’s an option to pay for valet parking. Will definitely visit again

Room was clean though small. staffs were kind and prepared.food were good and plenty.But dining place is very crowded -- and it seemed helpless because so many guest use the place at the same time --though sufficient time were offered for breakfast. Surrounding was neat but not seemed always safe. Uber or taxi are convenient to catch and use.

We stayed here recently and overall had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. The hotel’s proximity to the 21 St–Queensbridge subway station is a big plus for getting quickly into Manhattan and around New York. There are pharmacies and places to eat near the station, which is very convenient. It’s true there are some shelters for homeless people in the area, and if you’re not used to that it can feel a bit intimidating at first, but in our experience we never had any issues and felt safe going back and forth. Overall, a comfortable and convenient option for visiting the city.
