"Eli was the absolute best!! One of the most genuine and nicest person I met in New York! Everything was super easy with check in and I even got my room early. Location was super convenient! My favorite part was the luggage storage. I didn’t have to stress about what to do with my stuff after check out and was able to knock off everything on my todo list before I left the city!"

"Location, suite was amazing! Wish they had more restaurants to choose from on the property. We also didn’t get a chance to do the tea spot because it was booked for over a week. I found out later because staff didn’t mention this but our suite had priority and we could have gone in. We also had a butler but we didn’t see him again after checking us into hotel. Overall it was very luxurious and great food for what they had. "
