This was our last hotel on our vacation and it was a great place for the end. It’s very nice and if you’re thinking of staying in the Twin Falls area, you should consider staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Great property to stay in, travel 2x a year to south Texas for leisure always stay in your property in Jerome on the way home to WA state.

Used this hotel two times during this trip. Once on the way to washington and 2nd on the way home. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to friends and family

It was noisy from people in hallways and above us. Also, saw rats? mice? We wouldn't walk our dog in field. Looked like a mine field of holes. Excessive pet fee for "pet friendly" hotel.

The small rodents you mentioned are actually voles, which typically prefer outdoor habitats and pose no harm to humans as they primarily feed on vegetation. In response to your feedback, we have adjusted our pet fee to 30 per pet per night. We hope this resolution meets your satisfaction and consider choosing to stay with us again in the future. I did not like being next door to a group of teenage boys who were very noisy in the hallway. Their coach apparently had a room down the hall from them so didn't hear until their were complaints. He was smart, kept his room far away from them!
