**Note that this is a FIRST FLOOR HOME in a DUPLEX. It is typical for homes around the area to have flights of stairs to access the home.

Noise Notice: This is a duplex home, and some noise may transfer between the two units, including footsteps, conversations, and other normal household sounds. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM, but the units are not completely soundproof. Please keep this in mind when booking if you are sensitive to noise.

Bedrooms: Comfortably sleeps large groups with 3 queen beds and 2 full beds. Extra linens and pillows are provided for your convenience.

Entertainment Central: The basement has been transformed into an amazing game room! Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool, test your aim with the magnetic dart board, enjoy a fast paced game of air hockey, and let the kids' imaginations run wild in the adorable tent. Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a 58 inch tv, and two other bedrooms have 50 inch tvs.

- Strictly no parties and smoking of any kind. Fines of up to $1000 may be assessed.
- Shipping of personal packages are not allowed.
-Please use shoe rack as you enter unit. This helps us maintain the floors and reduce foot traffic noise.
-Bringing in of undisclosed guests. It will be an extra fee ($250) if not accounted for when booking.

-Just a friendly reminder: this is a quiet residential area, and the city has a 9 PM noise curfew. We've got long-time neighbors, including families with little ones and seniors, so we really need to respect that. We'd hate to have to get involved or call security, but we will if the noise is a problem. Let's keep it respectful, and everyone will have a great stay!
- If you are to bring a vehicle, please be reminded that this area is highly residential. There is unassigned free street parking (4hr) but is very limited especially late at night. There are also street parking rules a few hours during the day. Please always safeguard your car and we are not liable for any parking ticket or item that is in it. It is best to find a garage nearby like the Journal Square PATH garage to park any vehicle.
- Checking in late beyond 10pm is subject to a fee of $50 every subsequent hour.
- Late checkout may be assessed provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. This comes with a fee depending on what time our guests need and provided that we can accommodate. This is not always guaranteed.
