"Very spacious room and staff are wonderful. My only gripe is the smell of cigarettes. Whyyyy?? Even in non smoking room i smelled it through air vents. That the only thing i didn't like. But great hard workers"

"Following a horrible experience at Harrah's at 4AM, I contacted the Sheraton and spoke to Emmanuel personally. He was so helpful and offered us an early check in option. Upon arrival, he and the other staff were so amazing and understanding of our situation and made it so simple to get into a room at that time. The room was suitable for a family of four with a small child and so much more affordable than the surrounding casino hotels. "
