Ocean Casino Resort

"We tried several times to have our glassware replaced (common practice at other hotels) and had to speak with a shift manager. Long story short they picked up the dirty ones but never replaced them. We also could not use the casino until late in the afternoon due to a water pipe ruptured which is understandable "

"Room was clean. However, room service never showed to make beds and provide new towels. Had to ask twice, was informed they are short staff. Finally complained and about 9pm, towels were delivered. We had 4 people in this room for 3 days. We also used their valet parking. Throughout the casino was signs stating if you purchase 50.00 or more any other restaurants, parking was free. Upon showing tha frontdesk my receipt, I was informed to show the parking cashier and I would get it free. Only to find out it's only for self parking. I explained, nowhere on any of their signs does it say for self parking plus the front desk said to show the receipt. She didn’t care. Extremely disappointed with this casino. Will not be staying again."

"Food price of course because it is an Atlantic City boardwalk hotel, so that should be expected to a degree. The breakfast is not good. I did not know about the third level dining level, which seems to be an hour wait to be seated. Overall, that hotel was nice to stay for a nice have fun and enjoy myself."

SOHO Suites Atlantic City Beach Block

"This is our favorite hotel. This last time I tried vrbo big mistake, luckily SOHO had two rooms available. The staff is very friendly. The pool area is nice. The rooms are nice. The only complaint I have this time is our shower was dirty, had hair in the drain and soap in the grout on the shower floor. They have a decent free breakfast, wish they would offer water with it though. Definitely recommend SOHO it's a block from the beach which is great."
