This is a great place to go for a date. Gift shops, clothing stores, cafes. Try the local fare. Shlick, Kefta or Falafel. Better Falafel than you ever tasted in the States. For one thing everything is very fresh. If you are American and can’t live without American Fast food there are even two Kosher McDonalds not to mention at least a dozen pizza places!

It is relatively shabby and battered. Still good price for excellent location. Linen was clean, AC works, there is hot water in the bathroom. Definitely no luxuries, but nobody expects it for such a price. Thanks to hotel.

Overall, happy with our stay! We were in Family Suite (4th floor, #7) & my mom stayed in the Superior Room right under us (3rd floor, #6). Cleanliness was acceptable; not up to most “American” standards but I can’t complain as I’ve traveled to Israel many times & it felt appropriate to what I expected. ...
