The hotel is right on the beach and has a nice pool. It’s an easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is immaculately clean but is very dated. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room which was at the very end of the corridor and our air conditioning didn’t work, it just blew hot air around a little. We couldn’t sleep as it was so hot and it ruined our holiday. We asked a couple of times to move room but they wouldn’t move us. They have a strange system with the sun lounger at the pool where they’re reserved but people don’t seem to arrive to sit on them all day so I’m the end we just sat on them anyway. The breakfast wasn’t great with all the food being left uncovered outside and flies landing on it plus the hot food wasn’t kept warm enough.

Nice hotel and location but overall feeling was quite a dated! Our Room 101 was small and rather dated tiny tv with poor reception! I could see in other rooms and they looked more modern The sound proofing was shocking i could hear everyone in the hallway as if they were in the room with us i could hear the staff on their walkie-talkie very loud outside the door not very professional! when people used the shower above us was extremely loud water and pipe sounds! The Breakfast and pool was very good and nice staff however which helped to make up for the issues with the room! I would stay again but i would definitely avoid room 101 if you want to relax.

Our holiday
Our stay was good . Room was small but comfortable , lack of any uk tv channels was a dissapointment. Having to pay for a sun bed round the pool at ten euros a day for two isn’t exceptable and check on what extras you will be paying at the end of your stay , you will not be informed of them beforehand . The sun beds are free on the beach are free but expect to be solicited every few minutes to buy towels sun glasses and massage is not good .

It is a tree star hotel, far away from 4.5. Do not come here. Terrible beds, no working air-condition, poor room, no parking, it was wasting our time.

A really friendly, clean, relaxing hotel.
The staff were so cheerful, helpful and very eager to please. The hotel is very clean and modern and the pool and beach area are in excellent condition. It was a little noisy late at night and early in the morning but a very comfortable room and bathroom and beautifully clean with air con in the room. The Head of restaurant was so welcoming and made huge efforts to please everyone. Perfect for couples or families. We will return!

Great location, excellent staff, clean and pleasant hotel. The room was a good size with decent bed, plenty of hot water and a great view over the beach. If I had to make a couple of criticisms, I'd say the air-conditioning was frankly substandard for a 4-star facility. We had to go out on day 2 of our 9 day stay to buy a desk fan because the poor AC did next to nothing to take the edge off the 28c weather. If you get assigned room 208 the fan is probably still in there for you to enjoy! Also, no kettle or iron in the room. Not really an issue, but good to know.

Thank you for your feedback.. We regret for the AC and we try to arrange it but there was a problem in the machine. After that we repair it. The kettle is at disposal with an extra charge. Our hotel offers a service of laundry to all its kindly guests for ire and clean.

Very relaxing stay in Jesolo
Lovely hotel, worthy of the 4-star rating. Our included breakfast was very nice, both fresh produce and plentiful. The pool was lovely - very relaxing and excellent sun-beds. The beach was lovely too; every guest has a pre-allocated sunbed with parasol, though they are laid-out in a regimented way and quite close to each other so I'd imagine when busy, you'd be on top of each other, but not a problem when we visited in early June and mid-week. Room was spacious, clean and functional though we do not like the Gov't policy which means that you can't switch-on the air-con until mid-June, even though it was 32C when we were there, and an uncomfortable 23C at night! Overall, a great spot to stay in this lovely beach resort. Would definitely recommend.

Elisabetta von der Rezeption ist sehr nett und stets bemüht! Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung und die Zimmer mit Verbindungstür super mit Kindern, nur hatten wir fast keinen Meerblick! Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, aber bis 10:00 Uhr relativ kurz und daher muss man um ca. 09:00 Uhr warten bis man einen Platz bekommt, weiters waren dann die guten italienischen Brötchen aus und wurden da schon nicht mehr nachgeliefert! Die Parkplätze sind zwar überdacht und etwas eng, wobei es kein Problem für einen Autofahrer sein sollte, das Auto selbst ein und auszuparken, aber man soll das den Angestellten überlassen und sogar noch den Schlüssel abgeben, was ich nie machen würde!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt
Rezeption freundlich, Restaurant sehr gut, Kellner freundlich und flink, Essen auch sehr gut,Frühstück auf der Terrasse, das Auto würde auch noch in eine kleine Parklücke gestellt, aber leider das Zimmer war viel zu klein Klimaanlage viel zu laut, Mini TV, sehr laut in der Nacht, die Einkaufsstrasse mit vielen Restaurants gleich in der Nähe

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Sauber. Zimmer aber extrem klein. Bad/WC ohne Entlüftung. Schrank sehr klein, Kleid oder Hose kann man nicht hängen - Bauhöhe zu kurz.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Parkplatzsituation beim Hotel ist eher schlecht.
