Park Hotel Brasilia
The Park Hotel Brasilia is a beautiful hotel, with direct access to the beach and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean and cleaned daily. Fresh beach towels were delivered to our room each evening. The rooms were also spotlessly clean, ours had a small balcony with a table and chairs and a sea view. The bed was really comfortable and the bedding high quality. The shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was very good with a vast selection, including fresh orange juice, a juicer and fresh honeycomb! The lunch and snack menu had lots of variety to cater for everyone and the food was lovely. It was all reasonably priced. The cocktails and smoothies were also really good. The restaurant was beautiful with a sea view, the ambience in the restaurant was delightful and it was the perfect dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious. The customer service at this hotel is outstanding. Every staff member throughout the hotel was pleasant and helpful. They were so efficient, polite and welcoming. It is honestly the best customer service experience we have had. They organised a taxi to the airport and a packed lunch as we were leaving early and would miss breakfast. The hotel was wonderful and we would definitely return.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife had a birthday and at the breakfast she was greeted with the champagne and birthday cake. Also she got a beautiful gift from the owners. After we left we found out that I forgot my shoes in the room and after we contacted the hotel they sent it to me. Very happy to stay in Park Hotel Brasilia. We will come back next year.

Wonderful hotel on the beach.
Would recommend this hotel. Not the cheapest in the area but worth every penny. Very clean. Welcoming, attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Fresh beach towels delivered to your room every day.

Excellent Hotel.
The hotel was positioned on the beach with its own private area. The facilities were excellent. Pool and outside seating and eating area. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with wide choice and tremendous quality. The restaurant was truly 5 star, wonderful food, and impeccable service. A great hotel for a quiet and restful break.

Lovely hotel on the beach front
We arrived quite late in the evening, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was a very good size, clean and comfortable with a balcony and excellent view of the beach and sea. We were pleased to have a kettle and coffe machine in the room for personal use. The litttle extras provided by he hotel for our use such as flip flops, and a beach bag were very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing, a huge selection of juices, cereals, fruit, bread, croissants, eggs, backn etc. as well as ham, cheese and salami also with waiter service teas, coffees and drinks all served 8n a lovely garden room overlooking he pool and beach. Definitely the best breakfast I have ever had in any hotel.

fantastic hotel, facilities brilliant, breakfast amazing, so much choice, gorgeous pool and right on the beach, staff so helpful and friendly, couldnt do enough for us! my only slight negative (which cant be helped) was that our triple room did not have a balcony or any chairs in room, only the bed to sit on. i would definitly.recconend and i will ne going back.

Great customer service
The hotel staff make this place a great place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble and you were always met with a cheery greeting and a smile. The only downside was that bedroom was not big and the bathroom although refurbished was a little on the small side. In fact most bathrooms no longer have a bath tub, just a (large) shower cubicle. Breakfasts were very good and food constantly replenished. The evening restaurant staff in the Ipanaema were very accomodating when the choices did not suit our diet and the cost of coffees and snacks at the pool bar were reasonable. The sunbeds round the pool were very comfortable and the beach was 3 steps away, across the seemingly endless promenade. We would be very happy to recommend the hotel and it appears to be very popular with families with small children.

Great family run hotel next to beach
Lovely family run hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, Our room was very comfortable and clean with a great view of the beach. communal areas were spotless. Lovely pool area. Great choice of food for breakfast. The hotel provided clean beach towels every day and a handy beach bag. Several pizzerias within a very short walk from the hotel.

Ok stay will try different place next time
The room was small and a bit dated. Also the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were not fluffy at all making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Another downer was the bunch of ants we encountered and the fact that the AC doesn't work. Instead of giving us a different room that was not defective, they sent someone with a can of RAID and told us to open the balcony door. The area is a bit remote and far from the famous spots in Venice. You can get there by public bus in about an hour+ each way. It is also one hour to Mestre Train Station. The staff was helpful in providing bus schedules. The best was the beach which was great and the reason why we booked the trip to start with. One other plus was the breakfast buffet which had eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, pastries, yogurt, fruits, cereal, etc.

We stayed for 4 nights here and from start to finish it was perfect from arrival to departure. The staff were fantastic and nothing was any trouble, they were always happy to help which made the stay so much more. Great facilities and service throughout. The food offering for breakfast was very varied and certainly catered for all. The restaurant service and food was excellent as was the bar service. Some décor slightly dated, but only slightly and was certainly very well maintained. We stayed in a junior suite and the bed was huge, lovely layout and very clean. Thank you

Fantastic hotel overlooking beach
The hotel welcome was excellent and staff so friendly, we were shown the facilities thoroughly and our room which turned out to be a suite so plenty of room for our 4 year old! Breakfast options were varied and good quality. Pool area clean and tidy and service by the pool excellent. We had tea making facilities in our room which was a great bonus. Check out was very quick and efficient, booked a taxi to the airport effortlessly. All round great service and can't wait to go back.

I chose this hotel because of Tripadvisor comments from previous guests, all of whom stressed the excellent service. I can heartily endorse that. They look after you from start to finish, nothing is too much trouble and every single member of staff is helpful, courteous, attentive but, most importantly of all; happy. We had a great week and will definitely return.

Great stay!
We had a very nice stay with Park Hotel Brasilia, the staff was very friendly and our room was very spacious (suite) and clean. You get a bottle of prosecco at arrival! The location is great, on the beach and near restaurants. The restaurant is the hotel itself is also nice. Breakfast is excellent! They even have a chocolate fountain! Parking is for free. The only feedback I want to share is that the pool is not heated which is a bit unfortunate if your are on holiday with a baby. We definitely can recommend this hotel.

Second visit to the Hotel and again an outstanding one. Very good location, well kept - excellent room service. Towels etc changed regularly. Staff could not be any more helpful - they are skilled, friendly and make the hotel what it is. Breakfast room and range of breakfast is amongst the best of any 4/5 star hotel Ive stayed in.

Great Hotel on the beach and central to Lido.
From arrival with personal greeting our stay at Hotel Brasillia was a fabulous experience. Staff could not do enough for you and the facilities just brilliant. Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel and great choice of everything. I cannot wait to return and would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous little gem by the sea!!

We are a group of the parents, two kids age 4y and 13m baby. First of all staff were extremely friendly and kind. They smile and greet all the time which makes you at home. We stayed upgraded big room. The breakfast was amazing. The kids loved fresh orange juice, delicious cheese and yoghurt. The pool was very clean and beach beds were very comfortable. We'd love to stay again. Hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were a delight and so polite they went out of there way to do anything for you and go that extra mile. Food was amazing, we had lunch and Breakfast couldn't fault any of it. Bed rooms very spacious, also pool, beach and garden both lovely, plenty of parking. A short walk from bus stop no2 takes you to bus station then no 3 into Jeslo or No 5 to the Water bus into Venice...this was easy.. You could use push bikes from the hotel, with no charge, really nice touch... Only down fall was we found the Pizza Milano too quiet we ended up going to Pizza Mazzini as much more going on...

We stayed here before joining a cruise in Venice. It was chosen because it was cheaper than Venice hotels and had a good reputation. We stayed a total of 7 nights. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged a transfer from Marco Polo with Roberto. The breakfast had a good range of items and once again the staff were lovely. We added half board to our B&B after we tried dinner on the first night and were not disappointed. Italy is expensive, but the hotel is not 'over the top' on prices - you get what you pay for.Would definitely stay again if we were travelling to the area.

Highly recommended.
Really friendly and helpful staff, very clean and spacious room with great views. Excellent breakfast with an abundance of choice and English newspapers to read as well. Lovely poolside and beach area for relaxing. If i had one moan the drinks prices where a little high. Would recoomend this hotel and love to stay here again.

Waren heuer zum zweiten Mal vor Ort, wieder sehr nett - sehr gutes Service, freundliches Personal, gut sortiertes Frühstücksbüffet und (fürs Chillen) Gut situierter Pool mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, Kinderherz, was willst du mehr? Wirklich zu empfehlen! Auch wenn das Haus baulicherseits gehen Nachbarhotels in die Jahre gekommen ist, es ist sehr sauber und nett gestaltet - Charmant!
