"The location at Royal Mansions is right on the beach, with balconies to enjoy the ocean breezes. It is located near many restaurants and bars, but down away in a quiet section of cape canaveral. The property is well appointed with a dishwasher, beach chairs, beach toys, and an in-unit washer/dryer stack unit. I stayed for three weeks and have nothing to suggest for improvement. Five stars all around."

"Wonderful! The condo was spacious and comfortable. The front door is literally steps from the beach access gate. The property overall was beautifully kept. We enjoyed the beach and the pool every day of our visit. It was the perfect weekend get away for us. We visit the area often and this will be our first choice going forward"

"Right in beautiful beach - easy access over the dunes secure parking big pol and soa with wonderful water temp condo has nice ptio with partial ocean view and shade great decor nd a/c worked wonderfully we brought beach gear but enjoyed the extras lots of bech towels and bth towels coffee was very much appreciated! Two rooms but big closet for pak n play at nap time Nice vegetation around pool Our host is friendly and quick with all needed info for an easy check in and check out"
