"Very clean, beautiful 3 stories overall. No washcloths nor coffee but towels and 3 different coffee makers! Longest, best heated towel racks ever seen in all my travels. One for each bathroom. Grateful for washing machine. Nice separate drying rack too. Solid kitchen set up. Spent 3 nights over NYE and appreciated being remote enough as it was wonderfully quiet which was what we wanted. Terrific kitchen table for playing the card games we brought. Grazie for the great stay!"

"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "

"The room was clean & spacious - they warn there are many insects about Inc mosquitos but guiding a beetle out the front door was a 😱 I also recommend sitting on the lobby terrace in the afternoon; cooler in the shade & great views with a decent espresso! Staying for the Jazz:Refound festival in Cella Monte a few miles away......... you'll need the taxis they can organise or you'll be stuck unless you have your own car!! Do look around the Terruggia itself.......not much to it really but the hotel recommended a nearby restauran, Il Melograno, for my friend with specific dietary requirements and the place was fantastic for local food & wine e.g. olive oil from within a few miles 🤗"
