"Room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was easy! They do require a deposit in case of property damage which wasn't much and wasn't a problem for us. We needed to stop rather last minute as my husband and I were both tired from traveling. We got in around 9 and went straight to bed. Got up about 8:30 and left again. Didn't try the breakfast but the waffles smelled good! I would stay here again. "

"Clean room, comfy beds, and a quiet area. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Friendly and helpful staff. Also very nice to have a large grassy area next to the hotel for dogs to take care of business. Would definitely stay here again when passing through the area. "

"Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. Views were excellent. Even had a little snow. Wood burning fireplace was a nice addition from standpoint of adding ambience to facility but also adding warmth due to cold front that moved in over the weekend. Even the lake had a coating of ice on it when we left Sunday. Host was very attentive to questions we had. It was a weekend getaway for my family to celebrate birthday and it was excellent."

"The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The grounds are beautiful. Wish it had been warmer so we could have tried out the golf course. The room was nice and warm, clean and had everything we needed. "
