"We absolutely adore this Japanese homestay nestled atop Jiufen. The room is immaculate and spotless, and the hostess serves delectable breakfasts every morning. On clear days, the view from the dining room is breathtakingly spectacular, allowing you to see the entire Jiufen town stretching all the way to the ocean. It’s a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight! "Unfortunately, it was closed on the day I booked my stay (4/29/26). Expedia was able to refund me. From the outside, it looked nice and was central to downtown Jiufen. The only issue might be parking if you are driving, otherwise take public or private transit there. Very narrow streets. Enjoy your stay there, very reasonable and quaint area."
