The most amazing comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Lots of stairs but it helps to make you hungry for some amazing food. If you eat here you will not starve. The shower, let's say wow, strong and hot. The communication before check-in and then the communication as we neared the end of our stay was excellent. We will be back.

We’ve stayed here a few times and the service and rooms are always great. This time we did the family loft room for a bit of extra space. Which was fantastic. Staff in all parts of the hotel are wonderful and the food is perfect after a day of skiing. Staff who also serviced the rooms do a fabulous job. Great breakfast. Perfect for families

We stayed during ski season, with a family of 5. The location was really central and once parked, pretty much everything you needed was walking distance. The food at both places was yummy. My teenagers loved the shower, and the room was really nicely presented, even the kettle was nice, not plastic. We would stay again.
