"Hotel itself was good clean and staff was amazing EXCEPT ROGELIO CENTENO the manager who grabbed a kitten that was in the courtyard and threw him in a van to dispose of the kitten. When I asked him what he did with him he said he moved it and asking me if I was accusing him. He needs to have better ethics and training. What a shame this beautiful property has a human being that is an absolute disgrace to animals. Poor staff that works with him HE IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. THOSE ARE GODS CREATURES. SHAME ON YOU ROGELIO CENTENO!!!"
