no air conditioning so the room was 28c. hot water in the shower was lukewarm at best.

On nous a demandé de payer une chambre déjà payé puis on nous donne une chambre non fumeur sale et empestant le tabac froid, on nous chambre de chambre mais le soir en prenant la douche shower gel vide, donc on se lave avec du shampooing et quand on le signale à la réception 2 personne arrive à 23:00 presque forçant notre porte pour vérifier nos dire comme si on était des menteurs puis on souligne qu’il y a de la mousse dans la douche et qu’il y avait donc bien du gel douche, déjà inadmissible il rentre tard alors qu’une personne était au lit dans la chambre on nous prend pas au sérieux et on sous entend que l’on ment…. Puis après je t’explique que normal car on a été obliger de se laver avec du shampooing puis je leur montre que le gel douche est effectivement vide pas un excuser nous pas un geste commercial type au moins une corbeille de fruit ou autre pour s’excuser le lendemain… hotel moins bien que certains hôtels locaux ne portant pas le nom hilton
