Forest House in Friesland with Sauna

In Oane's Húske you will stay in an authentic Frisian Forest House, a typical regional house from times gone by. This completely detached holiday home is located in a quiet area on a canal and is ideal as a base to explore the area and the province. The many cycling and walking routes in the area invite you to explore this beautiful area. Oane's Húske has 3 luxurious bedrooms and a large sleeping loft with a total of 10 beds. Each bedroom has its own theme for a unique experience, a Smart TV and very good Frisian beds/box springs. The luxurious master bedroom also has its own air conditioning and patio doors with a rural view. The spacious kitchen is equipped with air conditioning. You can eat together at the large wooden table, which easily seats 10-12 people. You will find sufficient parking spaces directly at the holiday home and you will also find a charging point where 2 electric cars can charge at the same time. There is a separate storage room directly next to the house. In this lockable storage room you can safely store your (electric) bicycles and possibly charge them. Attached to the storage room is a canopy with a view of the canal, equipped with a spacious sitting/lying area and table. There is also an electric barbecue here. Beds are made for you on arrival, bath and kitchen linen is available. In the outbuilding next to Oane's Húske you will find a spacious, stove-fired Finnish sauna equipped with light therapy and infrared radiators. Next to the sauna is an outdoor shower to cool off. For the children there is a safe playground next to the house covered with rubber tiles. The playground contains a bird's nest swing, a regular swing and tumbling frames. Sauna can be booked on site for a fee. A security deposit of EUR 175,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
