This was an enjoyable stay for my family of four! It was great having a good view of the city from our room, and it was very practical to have a breakfast buffet. The way the breakfast area was organized was wonderful.

I think this is one of the best options to stay at if you’re visiting NYC for the first time. It is a great location and is close to many things. It is also very close to a lot of subway stations and was easy to get to from the airport via the train. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and never had to wait long to eat.

My husband and I were there in June. The location is great and staff were very nice. I am a pretty easy going person with hotels as long as they are safe and the location is great which I do find this hotel to be. There were downsides though. The toilet for one would just keep going. My husband or I would have to lift the top part and make sure the spout was down. This basically happened after every flush so very annoying. The room was right beside a door that let you thru the other part of the hallway and it was very loud when someone would use it so early morning/late at night we would wake up each time someone used it. The walls are also very thin, we could hear our neighbors each night which was weird. As I said the staff and location were great but there are downsides. If I stay again I would need to try another room.. maybe not ours (room 303)

Our bedding wasn’t changed, the tv wouldn’t work and we called down to get it fixed, they said they’d send someone and never did. It was really hard to sleep as well because you can very clearly hear into other people’s rooms and the hallway. Our air conditioning didn’t work. Overall not great and came back exhausted due to no sleep!
