"There were so many additional fees since I booked through Expedia. I honestly would have been better off just paying the regular price directly. The way this worked out, I paid your fees and still ended up with additional charges I wasn’t aware of for both the rental car and the hotel. When I book directly through the actual sites, this usually never happens."

"The hotel looks nothing like what you see online. I had holes in my floor doors walls had rust, I noticed my room didn’t have a desk which is odd because my moms did and even a mirror coming in. This honestly felt like a motel and definitely false advertising. The pictures make it look luxury and a really nice place to stay but it wasn’t even decent. I stayed the full 4 days because I didn’t a package with a rental. I wouldn’t recommend and no one speaks English."

"Positives: Check in was easy, I was impressed by the size of the living area in the one bedroom suite. We slept well because the bed was super comfortable. The place was extremely clean. I spent the whole time in the room working. It was very convenient to have a kitchen in our suite since I wanted to cook meals rather than spend a lot eating out. However.... The negatives: There were no baking dishes to use so I had to fry things on top the stove. There were not enough utensils. The bed took up most of the space in the bedroom. The outlet in the kitchen stopped working on the last night of our stay, so we were without the use of the microwave. Maintenance came at an inconvenient time (while we were taking showers and packing up to leave). Check out was also a hassle by the front desk person. Our stay ended leaving a negative impression. I felt like I was being treated like a criminal when I told her I had already paid for my 3 nights but it didn't show up in her computer. She was very unfriendly. I had to show her on my phone where I had been charged on my credit card for the room and also a $200 pet fee for bringing my cat. This was the most I have ever paid to bring a pet. These things are why my review is only 3 stars."
