"Terrible hotel. Pictures is all lies and there is no supplies for the room. The room was dirty, moldy, no towels no blankets, pillows also extremely noisy. We had to leave at the first day to a different hotel, and I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 days that I didn’t use. "

"Expedia provided an amazing picture of the room overlooking the ocean which I have yet to find in the entire hotel. The staff was amazing very accommodating and very courteous. The bathroom facilities were amazing. The shower is always had hot water and were of a good size. The towels were very rough and after complaining on our last night, we finally got amazingly soft towels. It’s too bad they waited till the last day we were there. We went to Brazil for an amazing vacation and to top it off...

"O quarto estava com as roupas de cama sujas e tinha fios de cabelos no chão. No banheiro não tinha papel higiênico. Liguei na recepção de demoraram para levar até o quarto. No hotel não tem estacionamento, o carro ficou na rua."
