"The AC made the room very cold and it couldn’t be turned warmer. The doors in the corridor kept slamming in the night and morning and woke me up repeatedly. The spa was amazing. "

"The stay started off very well, staff were excellent, informative and check in was easy and smooth. The staff asked if we'd like drinks to our room and we had a nice hot tea and fresh orange juice. The room itself was fantastic, size was big, with all the amenities you can expect and more. Views from the front door of the room, overlook the pavillion restaurant on the lobby level, as we were on the 16th floor of the Towers. The biggest downside was that the room was a non-smoking room as required, however, during the evening and night, the AC vent felt like it was allowing smoke into the room from somewhere, and though it couldn't be seen, it was definitely smokey in the room. For an asthmatic and a toddler, this wasn't at all pleasant. My daughter was coughing through the night and I had to use my inhaler multiple times, spoiling our sleep. We had booked half-board and dinner service was excellent, food and staff were great. Breakfast was decent also, good options. "

"Good Place To Stay.If You Are Flying From Mumbai Airport.Metro Station 5 Minutes Walking Distances Connecting To Church Gate Stay in 30 Minute's.Room Was Clean.Only One Bath Towel.No Bathroom Floor Mates.Was Supplied When Requested.Resturant Was Good I Had A Buffet.They Don’t Take Naan Or Roti Oder. Upon Arrival Later Guest Have To Request Oder Comes Very Late Your food Gets Cold. .."

"We stayed only an afternoon and evening at the Leela in between flights. Beautiful property very close to the airport. My only complaints are that I’m glad we weren’t staying overnight as the room was very noisy starting early evening. There was very loud music and it felt like we were staying close to a night club. We were on the second floor so maybe a higher floor would have been better. Secondly, compared to other high end hotels in Mumbai, the food was very expensive - very good but overpriced. "
