Pros : Great place. Stayed many times. Proximity to airport is very useful. Wonderful pool and gym. Extensive buffet. Cons: unnecessary music which is too loud playing everywhere. ….including at breakfast early in the morning. Very annoying.

Initially, we had a wait before we could check in, due to last minute airline cancellations. Frustrating to begin with but the staff and the hotel amenities made up. Great spa facilities, breakfast and dinner buffet.

The property itself and the rooms are nice....well maintained with good amenities. The staff however are not very well trained....starting from the checkin process. Even the check out was painful. I don't intend to spend 20/30mins for the process.

Nice clean room and helpful staff. The wooden key cards didn’t work with the room electricity slot, but they quickly sent a replacement plastic card. We wanted to stay near the airport to get on an early morning flight and this location was very convenient.

As a Canadian family travelling through the country, this hotel was exceptional. It was pristine, clean, and well located. We felt relaxed and safe. The staff were fantastic. The food was exceptional with multiple options, and a great bar on the property. The gym and pool were excellent. Book it, you won't regret it.

Rooms were clean, and staff was super helpful. We paid for the suite, and it was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke which was too strong. The TV is on the other side of the bed so you cannot watch tv in bed if you wanted to. There were food crumbs under the curtains. And cigarette butts in the bathroom bowl when we got the room. The breakfast was too busy, too much wait time (we waited 15mins) and gave up. We went downstairs to find someone to complain but the staff at check in had a long queue. I am sure they would have helped out in addressing the concerns but then I just got too sick to even get out of bed.
