"I've travelled to 40 countries over the past 20 years, and this was the most disappointing hotel experience. I was approached during an afternoon walk around the area by a local safety team patrol member to inform me that it was a high crime area and was offered an escort back to the hotel. The water system had problems my last 5 days at the hotel with intermittent outages daily and no communication plan from the hotel to the guests. After bringing this to the attention of staff they told us the footage had been deleted and several staff lied to us in the process.
