Exceptional stay experience

It was a pleasure to experience such a lovely stay at the lodge. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. Furthermore, the provided food was absolutely delicious, offering a delightful culinary experience. Overall, the stay at the lodge was truly amazing.

Great safe stay in Centurion. Unfortunately, the site went through large renovations when visiting. Pool closed. The menu stayed the same the whole week... Great staff!

Good location

Extended our stay as happy with service and location. Very near to a number of nature reserves and 30 mins from airport.so ideal base to finish our holiday. Grounds beautiful with a large lake that was home to many bird species. Walks around hotel grounds and an underpass to a farm/restaurant/tourist attraction. Staff helpful and breakfast/restaurant food good

Very dissapointed, poor maintenance.

I want to bring to your immediate attention a very disappointing experience. My shower flooded my entire room, and to make matters worse, the fan was not working. This caused significant inconvenience and is not what I expected from your property

It is gorgeous, from the entrance to the lobby to the actual room, we fell in love with this place, and the people, just 2 issues though, the air conditioning in the room barely worked and the ceiling fan constantly made a knocking noise to where we couldnt sleep, inspection of the room really needs to be checked well before having your guests enter

Pretty much al was good except my check out. Check out is officially 10 am which is incredibly early in my experience. Getting some leeway on this was not easy and even getting a concession until 12 noon, I felt that I was somewhat harassed into leaving. Not good for a longstanding and frequent user.

Very disappointed

I had such high hopes for this property and had been looking forward to it for a while. My disappointment started at check in where I was given a different room from what I had booked. The room was billed as a Lake View but all you could see was the top of the tree. The lady at Reception was very rude and disrespectful. We could here the noises from the room next door, which kept us up for most of the night. Our room was also not 100% clean and had a strong cigarette smell, despite being listed as non smoking. Will not come back here

A little piece of heaven

We had the most amazing 1 night stay at one of our favourite places. The service was top notch from start to finish. Marielle(reservations) patiently listened and tried to accommodate my requests, check in was efficient as was check out (Elizabeth is the most gracious receptionist) and the lake facing rooms (our favourite) were spotless. Kulani, the golf cart driver who took us to our spa treatment and could also take us across to the farm, was such a pleasant, friendly soul. Jacques(the manager) was hands on, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was divine. This is definitely the place to destress, relax and unwind and we will definitely be back.

Time away from home

Our stay was amazing. My husband and I just wanted a little quiet time away from home. The room was good. The surroundings were quiet and we had a lovely walk around and popped into Irene farm as well. We had a lovely dinner and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a quiet time away in the city

Amazing Experience, wonderful memories.

A wonderful stay. This after lockdown and things started opening up. Had the perfect room where the kids could play infront of our unit. Complimentary massages, kids movie night and welcome drinks.
