Room was spotless and smelled very clean and fresh. Lovely clean linen and loads of water pressure in the shower. An early check in was available and great room service meal. Definitely my Pretoria go to.

Southern charm with a twist

Staff were helpful, very warm and friendly. They make guests feel very welcome and offer good tips for navigating the area. We were rightfully advised that taking Ubers everywhere was safe.

When we arrived @ the hotel after a 5 hour drive they had no record of our booking. We were told that they recently no longer deal with Expedia - we advised it had been booked/ paid in Jan showing proof. 40 mins later they found a room after us complaining and we paid again. Expedia - can you contact me as we have paid twice and your virtual chat was no help whatsoever and we looked stranded at one point in not the safest part of the world. The assistant at the hotel was helpful enough, but the whole experience was a really poor one.

Chambre tout à fait correcte pour une nuit. Le buffet est varié mais un peu bruyant. Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain signalée à l'hôtel qui nous a installé un appareil désodorisant.
