Very nice accommodatings with pool, gym, and restaurant onsite. Also other eating places only minutes away. You are about 15minutes from airport. About 30 minutes from Johannesburg.

The ride from the airport and back was the best part of the experience. The young man driving me around was super helpful and accommodating. He took me for a takeaway food place when many other eateries were already closed. Gym at the hotel is very basic but clean. I did like the room/suite design with open plan bathroom with all glass walls. Overall I had a quite pleasant stay.

Very convenient on both sides of a trip to Limpopo. Rooms were clean, location safe with convenient shopping and restaurants. We needed a few extra hours and they accommodated without hesitation.

We used the airport shuttle twice. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals, no delay at all. He was very helpful in carrying our bags from the arrivals to the car and also directly to our room at the hotel. First class service.

Best place in Boksburg

Been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It's perfectly suited for our needs and never disappoints. All the people there are very friendly and accommodating. Its location is perfect to access the airport, shopping malls and the road network to other parts of Gauteng. Security is on point and for sure there is nothing to complain about

comfortable but noisy

Noise levels within the compound is high. Although the room is clean and comfortable, and the mattress and linen is high quality, a good nights rest was not possible due to noise levels - and it is as if noise 'travels' within the property.

Close to Airport

The Hotel is close proximity to the airport and walking distance from a few restaurants and pubs The only negative is that the Air conditioner was faulty There was a lock up garage for a car which is an added bonus

Overall, my stay was very good, but when I got my room, they just finished cleaning it. I was nauseated by the cleaning solution used. I was not able to enter my room until an hour later.

The ladies in the morning on the front desk are well oriented of customer service. During the night they are not. They lack communication skills and customer service. Example, I tried to order delivery pizza and they wouldn't help. I let them I needed their assistant on making a local phone call and they both guys basically got upset. The older security man one came to and basically told me hang on the phone like don't call reception. Then, I went to the reception and they wouldn't even apologize for not assisting. It seems they are just oriented into security that is it. So if you check in at night don't expect much.

Short stay at Boksburg

Breakfast is pretty good for this price. The TV in the room is a tad small though, and hung up quite high on the wall.
