"I've stayed here a couple times now and have had nothing but good experiences. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the valets are attentive and efficient, and the location is great for anything Uptown. I've felt safe walking the area, even late into the night. "

"I didn't have the breakfast but our room was clean and comfortable. Its downtown so it noisy at night but to be expected. Parking was expensive because the comedy show so it wasn't a surprise."

"It was a great stay. Beautiful Hotel, the only thing I will say is the parking is pretty expensive. I understand that we are in the heart of downtown, but the parking prices could be lower."

"Patsy’s place is absolutely amazing, better than the pics in my personal opinion. The location is chef’s especially if you’d rather be closer to Downtown Charlotte. My only slight issue was the WiFi was constantly going in & out the 1st day of my stay however things were handled in a timely fashion. Patsy was also nice enough to allow me & my guest a late checkout. Add some body mirrors and this place for me would be a 10/10. But until then I would definitely stay at Patsy‘s place again! "
