Clean room. Friendly staff on check in. Breakfast was limited to eating in a dining area. Not a problem even though out of the ordinary. My issue was how the staff was rude about informing me of that fact. Politeness and courtesy would have went a long way. Travel to the area about 5 times a year for a long weekend. Won’t stay here again.

Great place for the price! The facility is being updated continuously. Most of the rooms are/or getting hard floors instead of the carpet. Fitness room and pool. Laundry facilities work.

Can not think of any Hotel Management better than this here at Baymont by Wyndham in Johnson City, TN. Very nice and clean rooms. All the employees we encountered were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful with any thing we needed and had questions about. Really enjoyed our two night stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
