Wonderful staff who have been more than kind to me and my family during a hard time. Good breakfast. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Tons of counter space in bathroom. Little to no disturbances or shady people. All around an awesome place for a great price.

The front of the hotel looked very nice. The rest looked run down. The rooms were okay. However, they were very dusty. It's possible the rooms hadn't been used in a while. The breakfast was okay. And the breakfast area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price this hotel was okay for a night.

The lady that checked us in was really nice and helpful. It was late on a Friday night when we checked in and they were doing karaoke in the bar, but we couldn't hear it in our room, which was good, because we were tired. We had a restful night and the breakfast was good.

Not well maintained. Outside stairway area very rugged looking. A shopping cart ledt by the stairway.A hole in the inside hallway carpet. In the room the door was dirty and the do not disturb hanger was dirty. But the room was comfortable and quiet and the price was right.

Property was on par for price range. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast was 1 star (very sad). Did not use workout room. Outside pool was in disrepair and has been for years. It was that obvious. Obvious signs of neglect throughout. I had higher hopes for a Wyndham associated property. Asian restaurant on the property was permanently closed. I got what I paid for. That's it. Property was convenient to good shopping and restaurants.

THIS WAS A NICE PLACE, JUST NEEDS SOME MAINTENCE WORK, AND CLEANING. POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. THE RESTAURANT AND STAFF WERE GREAT, FOOD WAS AMAZING. IT WOULDNT TAKE MUCH TO GET THIS TO A 4-5 STAR HOTEL, WITH A GOOD CLEANING AND UPDATING

A great 1-night experience

Needed a room for a nights stay. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! They did accidentally give me the wrong room but quickly got me fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. Was very happy with my stay!

Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check in, i still had to ask twice after getting there. So why have the request available in online check in. Bed was not the most comfortable, but i have had worse. Room was located in a spot easy to get to with the wheelchair, thank you. Room was clean, quiet, (except when someone got ice out in the hall LOL) and spacious.

Ok listen. This hotel was an experience. I'm not gonna sugar coat it. This Hotel is going through a rough time. The pool was under renovation some rooms smelled like sweat, and smoke, but the room I stayed in wasn't horrible. The A/C kept the room cold, and the beds were comfortable. Let's face the music though this sweet little hotel has fallen on hard times. It doesn't have the traffic to help it get where it needs to be, or enough help to maintain a pristine condition, however, the heart is there. I was looking for a ridiculously cheap hotel just to stay a couple nights and this one worked perfectly. I didn't need a lot of amenities, or a huge crowd of people to be there when i was, and this hotel delivered. The staff were all friendly and willing to help with any and all problems. So if you're looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to stay for a couple of nights that is in the perfect spot to travel to anywhere in Johnson City, this is the perfect hotel. 😀

Perfect location in Johnson City. The room was filthy. The floors in the room and bathroom had visible debris, rocks, and dirt. The shower had hair in it. :( I've never stayed anywhere this dirty.

Rooms were awful. Our window had a hole in it. The fire detector was hanging from a wire. The bathroom had lots of mold. The property smelled of disinfected chemicals. One woman who helped us with our rooms was very nice and tried to put us in the best rooms as possible
